I forgot to add that for Hampton to raise $1,476,282 by selling Peel stock they would have to sell 2,460,470 shares & that is if they could get $0.60 for all of them. Do i think that Hampton believe Peel will go a lot higher ? Yes i do. They have a past history of selling Peel stock to fund JV contributions on the Millenium Zinc project with Encounter resources & for working capital. The fact they have chosen to now go to market with a rights issue is telling.
