suspect you are correct re "qualification".....
ummmm - it is rather complex.........as
1. the Board has to act in the best interest of shareholders
2. the Board has to ensure the company doesn't trade whilst insolvent
3. there has been some noises re 2 syndicated lenders being a sellor of parcels of debt
4. you need all the lending syndicate to agree to continuation of facilities (and at any / every "trigger").....
if your back is to the wall - then sometimes the "bad guys" look like good guys ...............
