Tricky question to answer "how good is this (any) stock?'

I suspect if Sanbrado was in outback OZ the SP would be significantly higher in price as would WAF's profile. It isn't so a few musings on a Sunday about one of a few interesting gold stocks on the market at the moment.

WAF certainly ticks a lot of the good boxes and IMO represents a stock that is worth at least holding if that suits one's risk/reward - speculator/investor profile.

If M1 and 3 hadn't come along so well by early 2016 then the early development plans for M5 may have been acted on with production possibly beginning about now.

Since then what were smallish moderate grade deposits have had 10's of thousands of meters of drilling (mostly successful) for which the resource update will soon be available. IMO the geological parameters are there for a significant gold mine but they are just the start of a complex set of factors that need to come together for a profitable mine. Will that be good for investors? No idea but hopefully so.

I find the history of companies such as WAF interesting at times. WAF has been in Burkina Faso at least since listing in 2010. Before Sanbrado the flagship prospect was Sartenga which was placed on the back burner (rightly so) when when Tanlouka/Sanbrado was acquired.

A lot of drilling was done at Sartenga but the recent quarterly shows the tenements probably expired last week.

Would seem to be a pity to let such a deposit drop but Sanbrado is obviously what is going to make WAF into a producer/takeover target if everything comes together.
