Not to be too harsh on Ash though as I too read the voting rights thing first and thought oh no, but then I double checked the numbers. The voting rights change might be due to management options etc being exercised?
The fact that only 180,000 odd shares changed that vote by a disproportionate 1.5~% gives it away. Using that number, let's say a very rough calc. of 180,000 units = 1.5% then another very rough calc. brings us to 100% of this company being made up of only... 10.4million units?
( admittedly a very, very rough calc. ).
Now, any of us holding more than 100,000 units know that isn't quite right.
