I was going to explain it but I thought that might seem condescending, note the transaction type. Note the number of shares.

Transaction type: Purchase.
Number of shares: increased by 180,000 or so units.

I knew the voting note may throw some people but was hopeful that they'd read the entire thing.

Last time I checked, purchase means to buy and an increase in number of shares held after the transaction is also indicative of... a buy.
