I don't think I have seen a more blatant example of someone being "in the know" prior to a takeover and syphoning up as many shares as they can before the announcement. From under 5% to over 10% in a matter of a week, just prior to the announcement. I made a lot of money on this takeover, but hell I could have made a lot more if I was also a member of the "inner circle".
