    Somebody is carefully managing the price action, and overall appearance of this stock in the market.

    Everything from the tight 29c-30c trading range...

    To the constantly 2x depth on the asks compared to the bid.

    Could be the short seller, could be Arbiter, posssibly even miningnut or georgegeorge. Who knows?!
