There's another 2.1mil+ added to Arbiter's shareholding up to 26May - now 19.23mil(9.25%).
And they continue to buy as sure as night follows day - they obviously have no problems increasing their holdings as do others.
Meanwhile some others have a differing opinion as shorts as of 24May total 2.6mil(1.26%):
