Fox have been building a stake in KSC since the end of 2015 (as you've commented on in previous posts) and I have little doubt that the end game involves more than a conversation. Lindsay is an old school trucking magnate, just like Allan Scott, Reg Ansett (before he took to the air), Ken Thomas and Peter Abeles, and unlike the others, he's still around. They were all visionaries, and all ruthless. And their businesses didn't long survive them.
I think that Fox smells a carcass and wants to grab the choice bits. Hopefully there will be something left for KSC shareholders to take home.
