Looks like offmarket xfer deal is off.
RCF has sold it down today I understand. Thats the problem with funds on the register, if they decide on a new investment policy like exiting small caps, then they just exit all their holdings and take the price down with them.
Offers an opportunity for investors to get in ~30% below the raise though. May be the last opportunity over next few days to buy at these low levels? there's enough depth in the stack to absorb all RCF selling. I hope they just do it so we can move on.
