Timing of the change in shareholding/s vs timing of this disclosure looks weird, or is it just me?
There was a change in the interests of the Substantial shareholder on 11/07/16.
So why was the ASX not notified until 01/02/17 ?
Particularly in the context of recent ASX announcements and the corresponding shareprice decline.
Anyone know? I guess it's because the absolute no of shares held by the subst holder did not change due to equity raises.
