CIMIC and Brazil will eventually agree on a deal that will 'buy out' the minority shareholders. These two shareholders between then speak for about 80% of the shares in DVN.
It makes no sense to continue with this charade, no one is winning and every one is losing - DVN is going nowhere. DVN need to be privatised and restructured - less management more workers.
