Green Bull, Is this taking into consideration the debts BLZ hold?
I'm happy to be corrected but doesn't BLZ have $980,303 of liabilities to pay and this isn't including the 466,379 required to payout KMM?
In addition to this where did you get your $147k cash before CRs? On the September annual shareholders report, BLZ's cash amount is 31k. In addition to this BLZ has a significant cash burn rate, averaging around 700k p/a. Its been exactly 4 months since the annual shareholders report which is 1/3rd of a year, one third of 700k is $233k

So as you can imagine my figures are very different.

MC 115,000,000 x 0.062 = 7,130,000
Cash 31,000 + 1,246,000 + 2,120,000 - 233,000 = $3,133,031
Liabilities 980,303 - 466,379 = 1,446,682

Leaving an EV of 5,443,651 and this isn't including cash burning to come.

As I'm currently holding both SRT and WPI, I still believe this is a great EV for a MW shell but not enough for me to hold until SRT starts kicking goals.
