    Pankcakes,

I’ll be nice and say that you haven’t done much research (or are otherwise intentionally posting false information).

As you’ve asked to be corrected; here it is:

BLZ currently has around $2m cash at bank, NO DEBT, and 115m shares on issue.

Market cap at 6.2c is $7.1m, cash $2m and EV of $5.1m per the latest announcement from a few days ago:

In relation to KMM, as it's been posted many times already, BLZ can pay that in cash OR transfer some assets and settle it that way (ie. no cash cost):

As announced in the quarterly a few days ago, the Company is assessing the best option for shareholders in relation to this (read: trying to sell it for more than the $466,379 to someone else and if they can't they will just give it to KMM and be done with it):

In relation to cash burn, the last quarter was larger than usual as they have been settling debt and finalising all loose ends - normal cash burn is as the SEP 15 quarter (ie. around $200k per quarter - same as all MW shells).

In relation to the other two MW shells that you mention:

    SRT:
    Market cap (undiluted): $15.4m.
    Cash: $1.9m.
    EV: $13.5m.

SRT's has nothing left to excite the market with and everything is out in the open and announced. It's now up to the new guys to make something out of it and I think they should make it work but am unsure of how long it might take. The money to be made with SRT was, as is the case with most shells (especially MW shells), in the run up to the acquisition (where BLZ is at now).

    WPI:
    Market cap $7.9m.
    Cash: $2m.
    EV: $5.9m.

Not sure if you're aware but (as mentioned by @kdicaup) WPI has a legal battle/court case going on so I doubt anyone would partner up for an acquisition with them until that is sorted out:

BLZ on the other hand is the best MW shell setup (out of all past and present MW shells) where MW and Co own 84% (@Jezzy) of the Company, have no debt, have lots of cash, are reviewing proposals presented to them already and will want to make money like they've never made before as they've never owned this much of a MW shell before.

    Cheers,

    GB.

ps. I was looking at getting some WPI as close as I could to 2c but the information about the legal proceedings stopped me from going anywhere near it until settled at least.
