The notice is wrong - the net number of shares sold would have been around 5 million shares since they only reduced their holding by just over 1%.
Just a bit of profit taking. Nothing to get excited about. SBM has run very hard since its low of 7 cents in late 2014 - over 20 bags is an amazing run in such a short period..
I wonder what Hunter Hall are doing - no notice from them, HH has a lot more shares than Franklin.
