Maybe just averaging down. very risky buying now as one announcement could seal its fate forever. i note that this purchaser had substantial shareholder notices issued when buying at 3.8c in november. Their overall average could be even higher than this. If you like a casino stock (double or nothing) then buy at your leisure.
