Well, that is interesting..Scott increasing shareholding not reducing. So others are selling and both Scotts and Linfox are buying.
Makes their ASX price aware response a bit dodge since Scotts were buying prior to the ASX response....was Scott's buying the trigger for Linfox or was Scott buying in response to Linfox accumulating??
I think Scotts are paying more than Linfox to prevent Linfox accumulation.
Let the fun continue...us small shareholders should benefit.

Here's my idle speculation....Linfox wants a particular part of K&S. Scotts takes K&S private and Linfox sell their shares to Scott on understanding that Scott sells the "wanted bit"to Linfox.
