Farjoy is very close to the Miller Family (ie Soul Patts) and follow them/invest along side on most Soul Patts deals. As Timber said, they have been long term shareholders in CLV and in general are long term shareholders in most of their positions. For them to sell down going into the key BPD clinical trial announcement period is certainly very strange ....
