IMO, Tremont/Denham (or whoever else) will only want to wait until most (if not all) of the risk has disappeared. Obviously, that will be at the announcements of the DTM, DFS and O/T's. These appear to be only a few short weeks away now and it finally appears clear that (barring a disaster) our world class mine is going to be a world class mining operation.
When the inevitable T/O bid does come, I'll be very interested to see what the Board recommends to us shareholders. Given they are required to act in the best interests of the Company (ie Shareholders), and the compelling economic numbers of the Panda Hill project - one could argue not to accept any takeover bid. The NPV's, IRR and future Dividend prospects all promise a very profitable future shareholding indeed.
