This deal for the directors to resign at 30% is seriously questionable in my view, as these directors were elected by shareholders. I don't wish to sell, and if Crescent try anything unfair like silly high interest rate loans, or unfair placements and cap raise antics, I will vigorously take up the issue. Not that I think they will try that tbh.
