So if I do my math correctly, Acorn now have 29m shs (<5%) remaining (41m disclosed in 29-jul, sold 12m shs since, and ceased to be a substantial s/h on 9-sep), while Fidelity now has 54m (7%).
It continues to perplex me why Acorn does not place out the shares directly, and my fear is any rally/liquidity in share price will be met with selling from Acorn.
