This is not where I am able to add any value.
The seller may have personal funding needs, or he/she may think the company is a dud investment. Because - absent going to his/her house and scratching around in his rubbish bin for some clues - I can't know so I don't expend any time or effort thinking about it.
The focus for me whenever thinking about a company is always and exclusively how the business is performing.
For the share price will always follow the direction of the intrinsic value of the business, albeit in not exactly lockstep fashion from a timeline point of view.
Sorry I can't offer any insights on who is buying or selling at any given point in time, and/or why.
