Thanks Patient, Interesting Investment Brief from NAOS.

It's possible NAOS have investments in both EGG and SGN (well we know they have investments in EGG) and will push for a merger/takeover sometime. I note that EGG will be out of it's 'Payout' Period in September this year and with a cash balance available (hopefully), they can start to borrow again and perhaps get some merger activity going.

Just a possible scenario in the next year or so, but investing in shares is Highly Risky (as I note most of the T&C's with the brokers say and you have to agree with them!)

Good to have a Company like NAOS on board with a fairly high percentage, so at least they can wave off any 'low ball' offers etc.
