Also what i noticed yesterday, was there was an aggressive nature in the buying on market that literally toppled .005 and .006 with approx 17 million traded at the .006 level

Wont take much for .007 through to 1c to go with move volume coming in on a great announcement - this company can surprise the market rather suddenly as the management don't sit on their hands

Alo I note that the recent capital raising was oversubscribed - shows confidence and the top 20 register has some good names so these guys at CUL are definitely up to something which brings me to my next point - better to be holding at these levels before the news hits the market

1) if a Tech back door listing coming then expect a doubling of share price at least - CUL would have to be a prime target for backdoor listing with all their mining assets as they could sell to their Multiple JV partners if necessary to raise cash for the tech takeover/buyout

2) Significant NI and AU could spark interest as would a major off take agreement for IO or the previous metals i mentioned

NOTE: Also Perth Capital PTY buying up BIG so that could be a clue ????
