The company services organisation looks quite professional and “has a solid understanding of the Financial and Company Secretarial requirements of a listed entity and offer a wide range of services to their clients to incorporate full compliance with all laws associated with a public listing”. One of the directors of the service company is also the company secretary of obl.
About a dozen ASX minnows are serviced on the 4th floor.
The company SER, from which obl bought the additional 25% of VIC/P47 (which was first announced on 13.November 2013, then on 20.February 2014, then again on 14.May 2014, etc. and finally completed on 09.July 2014) is registered on the same floor and serviced by the same service company. Kim is a former chairman of SER.
It also seems, after selling most of my stock in this “successful company” earlier, I am stuck with the little rest now. Thank you, Neil and Kim. By the way, who had the marvellous idea to go to SAT, and flog continuously the expectations to become the sole owner of the Derby block? Certainly got me fooled (for a while).
This reminds me a lot of mae, which is under suspension for more than 2 years now and recently appointed a voluntary administrator. Luckily I got out at $1.12 a few years ago, before it plummeted to $0.006; phew, that was lucky!
Not much luck this time, it seems.
