    I think BCPE will prepare delisting in the long run because even now all conditions are not satisfied.
    1. extend 2 weeks
    2. get rid of small shareholders with less than $500, keep the price as low as possible (5 days average at that time)
    3. talk to MM to get 9%
    ...
