Could be a flurry of acceptances just before the close of the bid this Friday (what BCP expect)
They only need 72% by the close on Friday after which they are free to buy another 3% on market immediately (creep rule comes back into play)
Some will be sweating on selling into this to get a higher price but there is a risk.
