There you have it folks. They now have more than 50.1%. A better offer was doomed from the start I'm afraid and we have management to thank for that. In a normal circumstance the management would consider low ball and play the game but not our bunch. It had the management support from the start so would always go through.
Consider your options carefully now. Doubt there will be another extension so the offer will go unconditional and BCP remain the major shareholder. SP could tank after expiry in two weeks and allow BCP to buy on market at the 3's. If they are playing the long game , cap the sp AGAIN and accumulate. Then call a EGM and and take the company private. Tread carefully. All IMO only of course.
