Interesting to note that of the 10,788,319 shares that were acquired by Editure under the convertable note in July 2013 and during last financial year, they offloaded 10,162,588 over the same year or 94.2%. Not sure what Editures current investment plans are but could it have been a strategy to offset the exposure taken on during the same FYE2014.
