there's some interesting stuff in the Prospectus.
even the name of the Promoter ie: the person who originally held the prospecting rights. a deal was struck with certain entities to list a company on the stock exchange.
for that the "promoter received a fair deal".
you do learn a lot when you take time out and study the IPO.
