The holder is First Samuel, a value investor. As value investors, investments are only made with a significant margin of safety and over an investment horizon of three years or more.
In other words, they (and I) believe this company is severely undervalued, and everytime the security of the company gets sold, we buy more.
One can only do this through intensive research on every aspect of a business (world economy, financials, supply chain, commodities, chinese history etc.). Takes me 100 hours minimum on average per company. Thus the term "bottom up".
