OK, now I see another reason for the sp rise - Hatch Investments have increased their holding to 12%.
Now is Stephen Hatch who works apparently as a Management Consultant and as a talent2 education consultant involved with Hatch Investments?
Just perhaps we're looking at prelim t/o activity here, I'm sure if the sp gets to 20c he'll be swamped with sellers!
