owning 100% may achieve alot for them depending on their objectives. Can delist to save money and veyr little reporting requirements then which would probably appeal to the chinese. I also think any extra funding they might require to expand can be sourced without the need for a listing...
but you might be right they might just leave it at 85% or so and bore the minorities to death.
