    Not much of an increase.

    I guess most now know CITIC wants $18/share if it doesn't bid itself, why then accept a $16 offer ?

    For this reason, I think PEAM will up the offer to $17 and call it FINAL to wrap things up.

    I'll accept $17 but NOT $16.
