what confounds me is that it is illegal to create a false market in a coys shares. It IS illegal to manipulate the market.
I guess it is clear that what NAB was doing must have been OK. Of course one does not know what their status was, maybe just a post-box. But for me, if Shell/Petro was behind the trades, or someone associated with them, and the PURPOSE of the trades was to push down the price of Arrow, then I cannot understand why that would not be creating a false market?
And you are right, it may well be happening to BOW.
the Hedge boys seem to be toying with the stock now.
