    i didn't see the article this morning, are you referring to the AEJ article yesterday? The one yesterday by my recollection referred to the announcement from AEJ (not gpg) saying that gpg had given in principal support to 'the original' proposal and that they were uncontactable to comment on the NEW resolutions.
