I can't understand how the major shareholder Entrust can be selling shares a couple of days before the interim profit report is released. They have a director representing them on the Board in David Franklyn. Nomad recently issued its Security Trading Policy which says "Key Management Personnel must not deal in the securities of the company during the following periods: (1) from the balance date until the second trading day after the company's annual or half-yearly results have been released to ASX......
The directors are included in the definition of Key Management Personnel.
Am I missing something?
Certainly it is not a good sign for the impending results and the market acted accordingly today.
