I note that Celeste has been holding off on proportionally selling REH along with some of its other holdings during the fund drawdown this year.
As such, I note that REH, while it has almost always been Celeste's largest holding, is now getting to be a really big position in recent months.
REH as a % of Celeste's small cap fund:
Jan 2016: 5.5%
Feb 2016: 5.9%
Mar 2016: 6.0%
Apr 2016: 6.5%
May 2016: 8.0%
June 2016: 8.6%
However, I did notice some large lines of stock being crossed below market after the 30 June, so I don't think you should be holding your breath for any Celeste-induced buying opportunities.
