That's interesting reading Barry, so maybe Jade silver will also walk. Maybe they were hoping to take a more substantial holding and this merger has got in the way. Don't know why they would sell at such a discount but that type of overhang would explain the low price.
Bidders and targets statements were due for despatch on 31/10 but have heard nothing.
