I cannot comment on what our board are doing ,for, to suggest that they are not acting in our best intersts would be scurrilous.
I assume IF they had stopped drilling they would have to tell the market as that would be a material difference or something that would cause to the bidder confusion and uncertainty.
Possibly leading to a withdrawal of the T/O offer.it would appear neither management team want that to happen.
And in reading the bidders and response statements there is little info on what the intentions are in the result of the take over in who is the mangagement. except SOL saying they want to keep the 'ship on it's course'.
I am still agog at the performance bonuses being triggered just on a T/O offer being made..iv'e not come across that before.
RUR, thats odd getting a phone call, I have not had one.Maybe it is the amount of shares you hold.

anyone find it odd that SOL would be touting ?
What is with the slow 1% trickle into the Acceptance Facillity ?
