And if they hold 60% or 70% and even 80% of the shares, they would still have to run EXS as a totally separate entity to their own, and would still have to chase copper-chem for the money that they owe us.
I will have to agree with you then, that they would have to get full control of EXS to make it worthwhile and allow them to do what they want with it.
