if they get 90% they can buy your 1 share...... If they delist then you are a pain in the ar@e to them and they need to report everything like annual reports announcements etc to you.... if they just hold 60% then you have 1 share you can never sell with out unreasonalble cost so it will be a pain in the ar@e to you......
Basically they need 100% of shares for this to be worthwhile and move on..... They may need to sweeten the pot to get everything they want, and nothing wrong with that... that is how free markets are meant to work.
