1. The hedge fund is buying to just make a half a cent, which is fair enough
2. That when you add in the holdings of the directors and their associates, that control of the company has passed to SOL
I am pretty sure that the 2 large sell orders that are in the queue at 26.5 were there before DB began buying, so the suggestion that it is them trying to manipulate the price has no basis. It will simply be 2 large holders of the stock hoping to exit at the t/o price but in a more timely fashion.
I think that you will see SOL remove the 90% condition once they have more than 50% declared to be in the facility or accepted.
I can always be proven wrong if another bid arises, but I would have thought that if XST wanted EXS that they would have shown their hand before now.
