Buddy, I did get an answer,the 15% that IVA still have is counted in the Facility Acceptance column, it would appear that it has JUST been included on the 13/10/12.as before that there was only 9.66%.so the sudden surge to 25.69 % maybe trying to scare small holders into the facility.
no doubt someone may remind that that was in an announcement from IVA earlier in that they agree to enter into the A.F. unless a bigger offer is made.which also infers they will pull it OUT if 905 is not met and an exstension is not granted.......watch this space :)
i got confirmation that that a hedge fund is buying up the .26 to gain the small % opportunity ,as someone here alluded to JGPM maybe.
I got the impression that SOL know this and are quite comfortable with obtaing whatever they hold when the 'fat lady' stops singing.
