re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in EXS...
I agree with you jetson. There is nothing illegal about what they are doing, and I didn't say it was. As a matter of facts it happens all the time and with any company.
My post was just in reply to someone who was saying that there wasn't any manipulation going on when, IMO, it was clearly there for anyone that was interested to see it.
I also agree with you that the inexperienced and the weak hands will possibly fall in the trap and sell out. But for the experienced one willing to seat and wait, things may change for the best.
I still can't fathom the change of position and attitude coming from the Directors when, at one stage they told us all the goodies we had and the next one they are more than willing to succomb for two pieces of silver. Especially when the 26.5 cents offer is only binding if SOL will reach 90% of the total holdings.
And what about the Solesbury Maiden Resource with at least 12,000 tonnes of copper and 25,000 oz of gold. Surely the God that has to be worth something. Has it been included into the current valuation or not?? Even with a net in ground value of only 10% that is worth at least $12 to $15mill dollars.
And then we can screw copper chem for our money as well. Can we not?? Plus of course other producing assets.
Me, personally I would love to see a Totally Independent Expert Report before deciding what my next step would be. And with that I mean a "Totally Independent" person, if you know what I mean.
Good luck.
