re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in EXS... And isn't that an obvious manipulation, and holding the sp down?
We have approx. 6,783.000 shares on the sell bid at 26.5 cents, (one alone, the first in line, is for about 2,500,000 shares) and we have 20,500,000 shares on the buy bid at 26 cents, (with the first in line of about 9,000,000 shares). Those buy bids at 26 cents are just there waiting for the ones that wants to sell.
But, if some investors want to sell, he/she can't sell at 26.5 cents as there is a list a mile long at 26.5 cents (Capping it), so if they want to sell they will have to jump the queue and sell onto the 26 cents. There is no way out of it.
That, to me is what is called capping and keeping the sp down. How can the sp move up if there are so many shares for sale at a lower price and no one is willing to pay the extra 1/2 cent for them?
The joys and fun of playing the sharemarket.
