re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in EXS... Someone said why do they say 'act immediately' in the documentation....

-because weak hands do what they are told,
-the ignorant follow the crowd but not for long,
-when it is a poor deal, they rely on rash decisions,
-the longer they don't have 90% the more likely people wake up and question what is going on.
