I HOPE you're right and it is shorter so the marketers can negotiate contracts.
This mine approval seems to be dragging on, I haven't heard of any roadblocks.
If it is simply a Govt Dept process issue it would be nice for them to increase the sample quantity.
There is only around 10 weeks left of northern summer, however in saying that, if the mine is approved the marketers can still get revenue over the winter with forward contracts.
