yes it would be much better off as a NZ entity as that is where the majority of the profits are being made and tax is being paid.
PPP - it just needs to be put out of its misery and the muppets running it get sent down the road.
There is definitely too much combined cash between all of these entities. It is dead money unless of course like PPP you can spunk it all on one well).
