    I stand to be corrected here,but i have not seen any company announcement by PAN about change in directors interest.Did they not take up their alloted share of the share placement?Continuous disclosure is mandatory.Maybe somebody can reply on this forum about that.Presently i am doing a thorough re valuation of PAN--cheers
